2018 Indoor Spin – Downtown Tulsa

Cycling-specific progressive training with a great group of people like you. Bring your yoga mat for warm-up and cool down exercises. On Thursdays we finish with a light meal and refreshments. Bring your trainer or call to reserve one. We have only a few so first call gets one. The training is priceless. The class is FREE!
